  I love the experiences we have had with Dr Fee. She has been a wonderful Dr for my kids. I have had difficulty with the front staff - they speak down to you if you don't schedule appointments 6 months in advance. It makes me wonder why they don't have a system that prompts them to call patients when they open a new block of appointments to get them scheduled as opposed to scolding them when they didn't know the process.

  I really wanted to like Oak Creek Pediatrics, but I just couldn't. Too many staff members are clearly less than thrilled to be there. Front desk staff treats you like a child in trouble, when you don't schedule an appointment months in advance. I mean, I've called for well child checks and have had to wait a month in a half to get in. Either they do this to "punish" you, or there giving me a hint that they're taking on too many patients, so I found a new clinic. Most of the MA's that give the vaccines are great, but there is 1 lady in particular that I just cringe from every time she walks in the room. Very cold demeanor, and I get it, you give shots all day, but that doesn't mean you can't AT LEAST talk to my son while he's screaming from getting it. I mean, a simple, you're doing great buddy, would go a long way. It's a very "by the book" office. If your viewpoint differs, it's not the most welcomed thing. I'm so thankful another clinic opened up down the road with pediatricians.
